โขNotice the feeling of your feet on the ground.
โขBecome aware of the temperature of air on your skin.
โขFeel the warmth of the sun, or the coolness of the breeze on your face.
โขName all the colors you see. Can you find one of each primary color?
โขInhale, feel the air build up inside you, exhale, feel your energy rooted back down to the Earth.
โขPace your breath with your steps.. something like 4 steps per inhale, 4 steps per exhale
โขList what you're grateful for around you.
โข5-4-3-2-1 method
โขBecome aware of the connection of it all. We need the plants to breathe fresh air, to provide nutrients, to give life. These same plants aid in creating our furniture, our papers, our homes. We return back to Earth, buried or ashes, at the end of it all.
โขContemplate how small our daily worries or frustrations may truly be, when there's so much more outside our heads.
