โ€ขNotice the feeling of your feet on the ground.
โ€ขBecome aware of the temperature of air on your skin.
โ€ขFeel the warmth of the sun, or the coolness of the breeze on your face.
โ€ขName all the colors you see. Can you find one of each primary color?
โ€ขInhale, feel the air build up inside you, exhale, feel your energy rooted back down to the Earth.
โ€ขPace your breath with your steps.. something like 4 steps per inhale, 4 steps per exhale
โ€ขList what you're grateful for around you.
โ€ข5-4-3-2-1 method
โ€ขBecome aware of the connection of it all. We need the plants to breathe fresh air, to provide nutrients, to give life. These same plants aid in creating our furniture, our papers, our homes. We return back to Earth, buried or ashes, at the end of it all.
โ€ขContemplate how small our daily worries or frustrations may truly be, when there's so much more outside our heads.
